Rise Up! programme aims to support you in a regular basis to activate you body so your mind feels more powerful to tackle the day, improving your intellectual performance and slowly getting addicted to that need of movement.
A sedentary lifestyle concerns more than 70% of the population...

OMS recommends to carry out a minimum of 3 sessions/week of physical activities...
...either 5x30' of endurance activity, or 3x30' of intense activity, or a mixture of the two.

...by activating regularly the body, so that automaticly improves your daily productivity.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Rise Up! programme is designed also on a month to month basis for the community to meet:
on tuesdays and thursdays
for a short 30min group session
adapted to all levels
The first step is to get to know each other by booking a first free session at best time for you. Then you are ready to get started and enjoy the programme with the rest of the group.
